Whether 1:1 or in a group, coaching sessions will be:

    In our initial sessions, we will assess your current wellness and create a personalised plan to fit your unique needs and goals.

    Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers and ensure you stay on track.

    Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, I’ll be guiding you toward other helpful practices such as mindfulness training, stress management, and more.

True wellbeing is never one-dimensional. Just as there are many pieces to a puzzle, there are many factors that shape your health, energy and overall sense of balance. My coaching approach is holistic and personalised, supporting you across nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, body awareness and energy — so you can create change that feels sustainable and aligned.

Coaching sessions may include functional nutrition guidance, lifestyle and nervous system support, mindfulness and breathwork practices, and where appropriate, body-based or energetic tools to help integrate change on a deeper level. Together, we explore what your body is communicating and what support it truly needs.
